Historic vast grounds, Unique spa treatments, Noteworthy lounge areas
The WiFi connectivity issues are absurd!!! A serious hotel refurbishment is overdue, as the decor feels tired and unkempt, not to mention the cleaning standards in public areas need drastic improvement!!!

Disappointing for the price
Spent a couple of nights and honestly, was bummed. The room was huge but really needed some TLC. Drippy taps and stained carpets killed the vibe. Service was slow too, had to call housekeeping twice! The breakfast was decent though—but no toiletries in the room felt cheap.

The elegant blend of period features and modern amenities creates a delightful atmosphere, perfect for leisurely strolls through the gardens, which are so lovely and accessible for seniors with their flat pathways and beautiful seating areas.
Improve shower temperature consistency for safety.

Room 25 delivers stunning views of the Cotswold countryside, providing a spacious and grand feeling, perfect for relaxing. The hotel's grounds feature plenty of free parking, making it easy to drive in and out without hassle.
The room, while grand, needed some refurbishment, and the lack of a functioning extractor fan made for uncomfortable hot baths. Wi-Fi was slow and frequently cut out, which makes it tough for catching a game. The dining experience was particularly disappointing, with cold starters and disorganized service that left much to be desired. Even during quieter dining times, staff seemed uninterested, making the ambiance less enjoyable due to distractions like movie themes and sports commentary echoing in the background.
